Meat macerated for 48 hours in brine, pepper, paprika and a variety of herbs such as basil, coriander, thyme, rosemary and oregano, all fresh. And then baked for 3 hours over low heat to achieve a very tender meat consistency that melts in your mouth.

It comes in two forms, XL and L, and both servings are generous.
